N.675 dated 31/12/1996 for the protection of personal data for persons
and other subjects, regarding the treatment of the latter, and allowing
the tansmitting and comunication of the same solely with the expressed
permission of the person in question. DECLARATION: Bo.Art srl informs that the receiving of any personal data, together
with its usage, will be exclusively for the above reasons,and moreover
will be carried out with ideal instruments guaranteeing both the
security and reserved nature of the same. CONSENSE: Having fully
understood the article cited in the Law N.675/1996, I herewith send
